Anyone know why the head of Enterprise change management, including the project management organization, it’s no longer with the company? He came from outside in October.

He brought C.J.T. the wrong Latté?
Charlie, go back to counting your guitars.
I'm expecting the opposite. Time tracking in Clarity may support the belief that they have too many people. That is, IF most people are honest about the hours they're working.
If you are expecting them to staff up based on people working too many hours, think again.
Interesting, because I was told about a year ago that the time tracking function in clarity may be retired. So they changed direction again. Sometimes it seems like leadership is a squirrel in the path of an oncoming car. Jump one way, then jump back, then turn around again... eventually you get squashed.
As far as why time tracking came back - my guess is that they are trying to get a handle on over/under capacity and resource requirements in an effort to understand staffing needs. Which you would THINK they would have been doing for at least the last year as they've been looking for ways to cut overhead! It's as if a light bulb suddenly lit up above someone's head and said, "Hey, did you know that we could track time it takes to do things? Why don't we try that?"
Related to ECM, my group just got told to start time tracking in Clarity. Been a while since I’ve had to do this as a salaried employee. Has any others went thorough this and not result in re-org/layoffs?
Who is the new head of change management
Just like the head of security. CAO goes through some people.
An hour-long town hall style meeting with the new head of CM today, and Chris DB's name not even mentioned once. It's as if he was never here.
he like the techniques used by Tech Secretaries with the Spell Check skills
good he left, he had a low iq too
He takes "change" very seriously apparently
Long timer.
He came from BNY Mellon. I assume that the Chuckie doll brought him in?
He probably spent a lot of time here and listened to all the people that keep saying 'get out now!'.
I work in the CM group. Chris DB left suddenly with no warning or explanation. Indications are that he will not be backfilled and CM group was absorbed into a larger group. Based on my experience with Chris DB, this is a good thing.
I just noticed he is zz and it looks like it just happened yesterday. He worked in my building!
I guess it's starting again.
