Anyone know how to get your w2 if you are a former employee. I went online, they said it would be mailed.. never was.. cant sign on to the w2 site says it doesn't recognize me (assuming cause I no longer work there) go to the old club I worked at.. general manager doesn't know anything. I call corporate, and they tell me my old club is suppose to get it for me... im starting to get a little upset

Congrats on being a former employee. You made the move and hopefully have your life back. Good for you!
It would have been mailed to your last known address If your address changed it will be returned to the club, but that will take a long time. Once iti is retuned to the club they have to retain it until June 1st. If your employment ended after Dec. 31st it will be sent to the club. If employment ended prior to that it gets sent to your last known address. There is a website you can get it and whoever is doing most of the PTC duties should have that info.
