OFD brought over the capabilities of the JSOC. Say what you want about the other operational teams .... the JSOC is a well run unit and the staff are high performers. One of the many benefits Frank brought over with him. A team dedicated to protecting our colleagues .......... Those guys and gals keep this organisation safe. End of story.

Yes JSOC is great and very similar to the SS. Frank's personal enforcement team.
JSOC is great, but unfortunately that does very little for the stock price, rapidly declining morale, merciless layoffs, client outages and poor leadership.
