I had a screening call with a recruiter today who found me on LinkedIn who was recruiting for another large bank. The potential compensation would be significantly higher than what I make now and I’d be involved in some truly innovative work.
I have no idea how many other people are vying for the same position but it is refreshing to know that there are better opportunities out there than the current hell we find ourselves in at Truist.
