What happens if you refuse to acknowledge your PR? Who gives a sh*ti if you are not getting a raise or bonus while performing??
So ridiculous..
Don’t waste your time and focus on not being an inept manager.

sounds like your an underperforming employee whos p-ss-d off.. these reviews should not be a surprise as a good manager would be coaching you etc. along the way..
So weird the bullying and intimidation and harassment, I had no idea how stupid I was until I came to WF, strange it is the only company that has recognized my incompetence. I am so glad I finally know after 30 years of an unblemished career! Thanks WF
I got my acknowledgment email less than 24 hours after the review. Apparently I didn’t acknowledge fast enough.
Acknowledgement isn't acceptance or agreement, it's simply reporting that you have received your review. Comments and contacting HR is how you'd protest the content of your review. In years past, acknowledgement was required, these days it appears to be "encouraged". Either way, you're doing yourself no favors by refusing to acknowledge reality. All that will happen is that you'll wind up on some noncompliance report and then your boss will have to have a chat with their boss about how you're being non-cooperative and pretending that you didn't receive a review. Think that will help you in the long run? It won't. Contacting HR and leaving thoughtful comments in your ack may, but refusing the acknowledge that a review happened will do nothing (good) for you.
You can challenge your review rating with HR and I encourage you to do so, especially if your manager has indicated that your rating should have been higher. The review/rating process right now is very flawed and in some cases your manager and even their manager are at the mercy of the higher ups.
Op, you and your toxic attitude are the real problem here at wells
Do us all a favor and move along now
@nld+192COvEw, get lost, management here is incompetent and not qualified. You probably are one of them.
Just collect evidence of the people doing the reviews not being qualified to perform and they have different objectives than to give accurate reviews
Tough talk on an anon board, lol
Last year I refused to acknowledge my performance review, submitted comments and reported that c-ap to HR. I was like ummm... ya’ll can kick rocks with this whacked out c-appy, baseless, riff raft lying and pointless review by an inept, insecure useless manager who ended up getting demoted because he should have never been a manager in the first place. I moved on to a new group and I still got my bonus. Trust me, it can be done. Sometimes you have to stand up for yourself because if you don’t, no one else will.
OP sounds pretty inept at managing her own life.
So you have no desire to be proactive get out of a situation where in your own words, are embarrassed and humiliated? That's your own fetish, why are you putting it on others?
Fired??!! Ha! Who cares when they have no integrity and are unethical??!!! I’d volunteer to be laid off!! But wait!!!! They don’t want to even pay us severance for volunteering!!! That’s why they don’t offer it. They’d rather try to screw us all over, intimidate, harass and push us out by fear... nice huh??!! This place is the worst ever! I’m embarrassed and humiliated to even put their name on a resume.... disgusting
Are you able to acknowledge with comments?
Your manager has a great amount of input into whether you get a raise or fired, so if you don't acknowledge it, good luck with that.
