I was told there was a call made out to coverage managers that they need to have found a coach position by April .not sure what’s after that.Anybody else heard that or what may happen with cover managers
Does anyone have a clue when coverage assistant managers are done.I have worked for walmart for 20 years,Had nothing but standard with a couple exceeds mixed in on my evals no coachings.Always had a great relationship with associates, count on one hand days missed.Never was offered coaching position.I am 64 years old and was told off record my age and threat of retiring age was a factor.I would like to be given enough respect as to my future.

That's how Walmart has brain washed you. You really think that labor laws, work ethic had anything to do with this ASM being fired ? Just by this post ?

Walmart could care less about any of it. It is all up to the store manager that has the last laugh. He has to calibrate every single one of the salary managers in the building. So unless you are Ki$$ their Bu^^ to maintain a relationship with them ? You are a Pawn in the way of their lavish lifestyle. I know this because I was one of them.

More to that story. I hate Click Bait. Mean what you say and say what you mean. There is a reason you were terminated actually there had to be 3, you do not just get there in one day. Unless you are or where a terrible ASM.
