If anyone remembers the fire at the data center a couple of years back where most of the systems went down for about 24 hours one of the systems that went down was the one that allowed the people from off shore to access WF's systems. Sure hope they fixed that if everything is going off shore. WF was also farming out work to Costa Rica because they are in our time zone and Costa Rica is a very educated country.
It's not really a good thing to have the most employee unless you have the most revenue and income, which Wells does not.

Why is this the government’s fault? And why are you entitled to a job at any employer? You have so much more power than to rest your future on any employer. Dont let any employer make you feel like it has more power. You can go anywhere you want and get what you’re worth!
yea all IT is going to india over next year; they have a massive training facility over there, all IT ops will be India based
