Already confirmed, there will be another round of layoffs 2nd or 3rd quarter this year to get rid of redundant positions.

Allstate is also moving jobs to India in the claims department. they are being trained to and are starting to handle auto claims virtually.
You'll have a better chance to get laid off if you are older and high paid.
I tried to volunteer. I don't want to be out of work but I'm ready enough to handle it and start fresh.
Color me surprised. Praying that they don't overlook my area this time. Want the severance package and a fresh start.
