I worked in risk supporting security all their plans were terrible and had to be redone I think the risk team should be offshored to Mexico.

No one deserves a job anymore you have to compete for them. If Mexicans can do the same or better at a third if the cost it must be sent over there pronto.

i agree the infosec group + risk is poor. They also employ the tech secretaries, who do nothing but create blockers for all who are trying to make progress. Trying to save their own jobs.

Cant believe any manager would pay for this unneeded worker type.
