Just found it interesting after a year of them beating us over the head about the need for diversity and inclusion , all but one of the leaders in his video were white men. Not one female. And then this guy Nate Herman who is like the worst executive communicator ever, like can barely form a sentence, gets ballsy and just says heck with it and says merry Christmas. Lol! Wha about inclusion? Hahahah. These people have no idea how bad they show up in the face of their own hypocrisy.

Is there a reason to have a COO? We can save a lot of money without much loss in production for this division and also recoup a lot of money savings.

Did you skip your medication today?
You comment is a sign that you may have lost touch with reality.
“ Can we automate positions in this category”
Yep, every three to five years rotate between having each business in it’s own silo to having everything be COE driven. I think you know which cycle we are in.
@1rsu+18w1OWNg Yeah that sounds good on paper. It’s not reality. Do you live in the USA and work at WF in the year 2020? Or any big company for that matter. IT IS all about your skin color and gender. Nothing else. Wake up to the unfortunate reality. The OP was simply pointing out the hypocrisy with these leaders
It's impossible for any group NOT to be diverse. Every single human being is a unique individual. Or are we suggesting that all (insert color, ethnicity, or anything else here) are "the same"? Pretty sure humanity has been down that road already, and it never ends well. News flash: if you ever look at a group of people and think "there's too many (insert whatever here) in this group...", you're inherently bigoted. Ask yourself, if you saw a C suite that was 90% black women, would you say "whoa, hold on, we need to get some white men in here!" Nope. MLK Jr. showed the way, content of your character–it's all that matters. Everything else is hate or a tool used to control people.
Can we automate positions in this category? Save more money
They're all sitting in their fancy homes without a care of losing their jobs and have the nerve to tell you happy holidays.
OP back, to connect this to relevancy to layoffs, Lester Owens went as far as saying something like he’s looking forward to seeing “most of us” back next yea. Hahahahaha. Yes, because some are going bye bye!
