Increasing shareholder value. Stock is at an all-time high of 65$ per share so if you've invested in your employer then you will be sitting pretty.
No growth plan, just pump money into buying back the stock to keep the price up until LE doesn't need that anymore. All things are done for LE's benefit. Growth plans are hard, takes thought. LE doesn't have any thoughts anymore.

Many of the SAAS products competitive and are growing nicely. Unfortunately the rest of the company (I.e., practically the entire tech org) is a boat anchor and should be parted out and sold off.
