It’s possible that there is an actual grievance here, but the post is somewhat incoherent as well as being grammatically incoherent. The problem that I have with it is that no senior or potentially senior leader who could successfully take Wells global in any or all lines of business could have such poor communications skills in their native language, and that such a person would also have resolved this privately, worked out disagreements, credit, recognition plans and promotion going forward. Also they would never leave early without notice, sabotaging their own work and allowing it to collapse.
I do believe that she was involved, likely worked her tail off, and likely worked for aloof and incompetent senior managers but did not have the degrees and/or work background to properly present her issues. Sometimes talented people become highly visible too early and cannot cover the whole spectrum of requirements. I’ve been there. I hope she gets back on the horse and hits it out of the park.
She has both the ring of truth and a sad tail of not being ready for the opportunity. In a fair world her managers would have jumped in with guidance.
