Take a look at your P&Ls. How is it that we are required to decrease payroll and expenses to keep in line with ly % to sales, but there is no decrease in the FHEG allocation line. HMMM 🤔. Just makes you stop and think if k–ling ourselves for these people is really worth. We are supposed to take one for the team but their not? One hell of a culture.

What more do you expect from a group that thinks communication and transparency is comminuted through action required emails.
While digging through aggregate rating sited for worker engagement etc, I noticed salary structures as reported. FHEG VP of sales at 275,000 a year. Do they earn that? Really?
