I would recommend asking about your enployee stock purchase plan details in a more appropriate place, such as Yahoo! Finance. If you give them your account number they may even be willing to help.
Ownership of WFC restricted stock that is held by WF employees reverts to a "pool" when that employee leaves the company.
That "pool" is divvied up amongst the executive team in March, in amounts that are proprtional to that executives standing within the overal rank structure.
However this is a good opportunity to remind people that unless you get a discount, any ESPP when you already get your 401K match in company stock is something to be wary of. Something like Q2 2020 jeopardizes the 401k, the ESPP purchases, and your job all at once. Diversify! There is nothing about ESPP Wells Fargo stock that is inherently better than, say, Tesla.
Nothing “happens” to them; it’s not even managed by Wells Fargo.. you’re just buying Wells Fargo stock. You choose whether to continue to buy, sell the shares etc. believe it’s either computer shares or eq shareholder services, your statement will give you the info. Of course if you leave wf and had a payroll deduction to buy shares, that would stop; but if you just had a reoccurring purchase from your bank account it would continue unless you instruct otherwise.
Nothing. Those investments are yours, they aren't like options. You will have to move your shares to another account, and you'll receive info about that a month or so after your departure. The account they are in now is only for employees. Hope that helps.
