What other communicators are embarrassed by the head of communications holiday poem? 🙋🏻‍♀️ 🙋‍♂️

Just me?

The strategy is to talk about the strategy to avoid displacements as long as possible. Meanwhile we have a bloated comm team, many of whom have already proven their incompetence over and over.

Bill Daley’s Rules and regulations, who needs them? Open up the door...

That poem made me cringe. I was literally looking at the screen through my fingers. So unprofessional and so completely out of touch with anything to do with diversity. I guess it makes sense considering there's zero diversity in the PA leadership team. Oh wait Bill Daley thinks diversity means white women. We are in so much of a worse place in corporate communications than we have ever been.

Exactly re: displacements. He talks about how WF has the best PA team in the business, then turns around and says no area in PA will be spared from displacements. How many PA employees are job hunting right now because they know the big cuts are coming?

The top notch employees will happily bump those 'attrition' numbers when they realize other companies place a higher value on top talent, IMO.

The real headline was BD talking about displacements: "no one will be spared."
