Yes - they promised no harm but my equity dropped by at least 25% and no increase in salary to offset any of it.

Yes and no. My AIP target is higher than it was with BB&T but my equity award target went way down.

I did somehow manage to get a small salary increase when many others in my dept did not so that’s a plus.

Guess we’ll see in March when they actually determine the AIP payouts if it truly is a good deal or not.

Pay didnt change after months of "Oh ST pays much more and you will get a raise". BBT has let go most of my Dept so not surprised.

My pay didn't change but I'm not happy with the salary grade. It could be two grades higher and I'd still be within the range.

I am. 109 is very equivalent to my 47 (hSTI). I did get a ~10% discretionary performance bonus in March 2020, and they upped my base salary by that amount for 2021 as I won’t be eligible for incentive going forward.
