Been with IOL for 16 years and was transitioned into a new role 2.5 years ago. Absolutely hate it and vigorously protested being moved into the role. Been off on a health issue for past 1.5 years so no longer being paid by IOL (or receiving long term disability). In 2.5 years I could retire on a discounted pension. I desperately want IOL to lay me off/pay me out and be done with them forever. I'm not interested in staying to 55 to collect my pension. Should mention I'm a wage employee. Any suggestions from anyone?

You can transfer into a managerial or supervisory position in Controllers. If you can use Outlook 2013, you qualify.
Why, if you don't mind me asking are you not under longterm coverage?
