Truist wants us to have a growth mindset where human potential is not fixed. How do they expect to accomplish this when teammates are being RIF’d (yet again) during holidays & they are treating teammate pay like shareholders matter more.

Spot on about when Rogers takes the helm. Any of you HBBT people who now have a hSTI boss can attest. They as a group have the smartest kid in the room syndrome. Most are rude, manage by bullying or treating you as if you are stupid. Drink their kool-aid or suffer their wrath. Women in this organization are marginalized and belittled. Women at higher levels are doing nothing to help women below them. They are playing the man game to save themselves. It won’t work, they are coming for you also. Sad what this company has become in such a short time period.
That's why nothing changed, that growth mindset c-ap Kelly pushed for years but it's all a shame and now everyone can finally see it. It's not to their advantage and once everyone bonuses are paid and Kelly gone, the inevitable collapse will occur. You think Kelly King is bad, wait until Rogers takes the helm.
