New policy came out, doesn't actually outline of truck take home for field employees will continue.
Does any one have any knowledge of it and if it will continue in the new year?

The new company vehicles will be a contractors 1992 Chevy Astro Van with a family of 5 in it.
Well if was not policy it will be soon. Some ELT member will give this as his idea Monday morning as a cost saver. " and now we only have to do a 2.999% wage cut". That will boost moral.
Lol.....you might be in the same office as me. My manager can't keep anything to himself, but never gives a heads up to his employees that would benefit to know what's going on. Always hear information thru someone else.
Haven't heard anything about truck take home, but now wondering what the time frame is to not have this perk any more.
Has this been cascaded to the field reps there as fact (truck take home)? Haven't heard anything but rumor here from our people leader who tells everyone that doesn't need to know.
Another suggested $$$ saver for 2021. The Company will only supply field workers with a crescent wrench ( medium size ), a 4 way screw-driver and possibly a #2 pencil. The rest is your Responsibility!
