BLASPHEME! Lowes only hires the best and the brightest.
Lowe’s is a garbage company and treats their employees like rubbish. Lowe’s hires some of the dumbest people these days. I remember when Lowe’s use to have the same people Monday-Friday that use to know what they are doing. Now????!!!!!????? I see tired full timers one time I walked up to delivery driver and asked where something was he walked away didn’t say anything. Great customer service
Lowe’s pushed out good caliber employees with the under qualified scheduling personal. Full Time- work stupid inhumane hours for what? Meanwhile scheduling personal gets a cherry shift 6,7am Monday -Friday and has to work a Saturday once in a while. Meanwhile others have to work Monday 9am- Tuesday 6am off Wednesday off Thursday’s 12 off Friday, sat 8am Sunday 6am?? Tells you how bright the people scheduling the shifts are. Seeing how the store doesn’t open till 8. The place has gone down as in scheduling and taking care of employees and keeping employees happy and productive. McDonald’s and bakeries have better schedules than Lowe’s full time. They want people to leave and quit so they don’t have to put in a 401k, the health ins bonuses if the store gets one. Now they resort to a temp agency or hire anyone that will work for a month or 2. Customer service has gone down the so bad. As a customer IF I happen to go in a Lowe’s I watch the workers how they don’t help customers. Short staffed at every Lowe’s store. Always hiring for the same positions. Well Lowe’s needs to unionize or something to fight for a better schedule. Full timers should work Monday-Friday and part timers work weekends. Part time gets to choose the schedules and full time gets bounced around. Not a good standard of living at all! All I can say is I try to shop HD now unless I absolutely have to go to Lowe’s. Lowe’s will be going under sooner than later.
That's hilarious. All our temps smelled like weed. I believe it's a way for the company to skirt the d–g and background check.
If this is true than lowes is truly a sh– company...
