How many here are actually ready to leave this place? I certainly know I am. I’ve reached that point where if VLOs were offered I’d jump on without a second thought. But since that's not likely to happen, all I’m doing is trying to survive until I find something else that’s comparable.

I wish they would do that, I would leave ASAP.
Yea, Kelly once said to the effect, the butterfly flapped its wings, some sort of global BS happened. Another good one, "All we see is you" Riff'ed.
Every time a butterfly flaps its wings, someone gets RIFF’ed. Or, is it every time a bell rings, an angel gets its wings. Something like that....
Why you good people have not found your “WHY” yet. That’s the problem!
How can this be? For an organization whose CEO goofily promotes the bank’s sole mission as making the world a better place it seems Holiday layoffs are incongruent with the message. What about the pillars? Seeds of hope?
Guess none of that matters when we have $1.6Bn to shed. Oh well....it’s almost as though Kelly’s messages are lies.
Anyone got a good recipe where Seeds are the main ingredient? May need it now that my job is gone!
The hardest-hit employees are almost certainly those who have lost their jobs as a result of this merger of equals. Impacted employees should be informed in advance of the possibility of staff reductions and given some time to look for new jobs. This is not happening here, when the decision to RIF is made, the employee is laid off and shown the door. Poor communication and clashing cultures has made this merger devastating and quite frankly will more than likely fail.
It is a long and distinguished list of people who feel the same as you do. Bidding their time until they can get out or thrown out.
