Whining and misinformation from many misinformed OFS staff on this site. Posting concerns is understandable. Keep the unfounded rumors to yourself.
The security teams are monitoring. They are the best in the business. You will be caught.

It would be unlawful for Fiserv to create the impression that our actions on this site are being monitored. If the OP is a Fiserv employee, she is violating federal labor law
JSOC colleagues - scan scan scan.
“You will be caught”.... for what, posting a rumor on an anonymous rumor site? This isn’t Communist China but you are an id–t.
Things seem to be going well
Laying me off with 6 months severance would be like heaven! Close enough to retirement anyways and FD coming in and 'thinking' they know ANYTHING about the product I support is a joke. Do me a favor! Please!!
Hahah, the Fiserv security team will NEVER catch me! I'm the Gingerbread man! Hehehehe
You are 100% correct
“Disorganization of management” was caused directly by Sr VPs making buddy hires of people who 1. Never worked in Dev shops before and 2. Didn’t bother to take one minute to learn a thing about the products they were in charge of. Then the teams underneath them had no reason to respect the unqualified decisions they were making.
@1egu+18m8ACJR Sorry. HR was laid off. I guess it will just be my manager.
Lots of reasons for OFS people to get a call from HR. Divide by 2 is just the start.
Caught? By who? OFD security? Are you kidding me?
Keep it up OFS losers... we WILL find you =) Don't be shocked when you receive a surprise meeting with your manager and HR representative.
Security team going to find me ? Kiss my A$$
Advice divide by 2 makes you poor
Have to give credit to the JSOC. That operation is possibly one of the best (possibly THE best) in the country.
I’m posting from home on a personal device on my own network via a VPN. The security teams can bite me.
Yeah, the new management team is floundering a bit with grasping the "why" things were the way they were, and i'm seeing that we reverted back 5 years in our process efficiency. One great example is going back to using remedy for ticket management. It takes 2 hours to open a single ticket. Once they get someone in place that can add efficiencies, they will start streamlining the bloated process teams. This means that groups that are bloated will not get back fills for positions, or you will see cuts in sister teams. You will see constant cuts and reorgs for the next 3 years, until things start to gel in the company or it gets sold off.
If anyone from HR or JSOC talks to you about your posts here, you should file a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board.
I was always amazed that OFS was able to keep making profits given the amount of disorganization in the management of projects. And to see so much knowledge and experience either retire or being let go. Those that replaced them weren't experienced enough to keep best practices in place. Every project would reinvent the wheel in the process. Sad to see the same needless mistakes being made.
Thanks for the chuckle HR. FYI, the security teams are not the best in the business, and the teams are a cloudy mess that is struggling to get a handle on all the complexities that is now FIserv. A one size fits all approach caused gaps in security.
badly performing BUs being forced to use up their time off. huge layoffs coming after new years. clients breaking contracts at record rates. lowest-quality health insurance policy in the biz.
Thanks for the update HR
