What does a Gallup survey consist of. Anyone know????Apparently our interim district manager got “concerning scores” and it stirred up some talk for the fact that he is confused at to why. Guy acts perfect puts together unexpected and unnecessary meetings and speaks like a scripted puppet. Things changed for us sometime during the middle of the year but the longer this doode is in position then the more painful things are

What’l does AD stand for in ? Associate director ? Acting district manager ?
My AD referenced and alluded to their abysmal scores for over a month. Then on a team call, this “leader” went line by line through their scores and asked their direct reports what that “leader” needed to do in order to improve. Sorry, but if I need to tell you how to inspire your team, maybe you should not be in leadership. Favorite part of the call was when a peer on the team asked the AD where to find their own Gallup survey scores. I kid you not! This AD fixated on their own scores for at least a month and did not ever once help their direct report SMs locate their own scores nor did the AD ever once discuss the SMs scores. Only interested in self. So sad. SMH
