Based off of what I heard, the new position names will remove the 1, 2, 3 after them. They want to eliminate the levels. Example Branch Manager 2 = Branch Manager, Service Manager 1 = Service Manager, Personal Banker 1&2 = Personal Banker. There’s also supposed to be an introduction of a “Relationship Banker”. Not sure what that means, but it’s happening at the end of January once we get our new Performance Management Objectives rolled out.
