You really have to laugh when you have an ADA claim active and they threaten your job not once but twice. Seeking legal counsel today.

Was on ADA and being on intermittent FMLA. I was fired for not doing my job. I would give associates assignments I would call out on fmla. I was told I wasn’t following up. So I guess I was supposed to call when I was out to make sure everyone did their job. But then again that’s working off the clock. Then they would have to pay me. I still have Corp looking into this.
Federal government will get that a– for threatening to fire someone over ada. They will make damn sure that person never works in an authority position again anywhere.
Instead of firing whomever is responsible they'll probably promote them

Not sure what is going on but I assume whoever "threatened" your job will be fired.
