I have seen this behavior by an SM in the past... he was just stacking up cash from relo.
I’m an SM and every person on my team knows I’m there for the at work or otherwise. Original poster can eat a big bag of d—s. Did your mom not hug you enough as a kid or did your uncle hug you to much????
Yeah all SMs sorry for OPs potential bad SMs however every SM is busting their butt that I know of and working harder then ever to protect their stores and reps. Op can bend over and cry more.
SM here. I don’t know what you are talking about, but most SM’s in my district are busting our behinds working in some cases with 1 rep a day, taking customers plus dealing with not only escalations from customer service but the inept calls from the DMs pushing their metrics. Most of the good reps left to tele sales or quit because of the pay cut. So, it sounds like the OP is just one of the c-appy leftover mediocre rep that is left in retail that just milks the system.
Sounds like you have a bad SM or you are projecting your self and own laziness.
