How is this any different from any other UCC deal? If they don't actually consume the services it won't make any difference. Meanwhile, like with other Oracle cloud customers, once they merely attempt to consume the services they will understand why oracle is in theower left of the magic quadrant.

This is all just desperation for positive PR when none is to be had anywhere for oracle
