Wow my store phone quota is 650 phones
We have been super slow, is this the same case in other stores ? Last month we barely manage to do 120 phones . What’s going on ?

For some folks (DMs, DOSs & above), their quota is somehow always met & thats how they get their guaranteed bonuses & quarterly commissions. Everything is just kept so secret yet its so evident that those same “Lame” folks just go by making Top Dollars & everyone just watches the show as it unfolds. Bravo Verizon & lets see how long it goes unseen. It would be a perfect time to go Union, just to RUB it!! Whooooo

Yes some night traffic stores have numbers like that. My old store in a major metro city, we had 15 reps all with an individual qouta of 60 lines. I know math can be hard for some 15*60= 900. Yes that was pre covid-19, but down by 300 would be 600 so that is not a crazy number for a store in Normal times.. yet upper management think we are in normal times.
Ain’t no body have a phone quota or 650!
Ours is under 300 new and it's always insane.
