Bonus communication and dates?

I have heard that the bonus pool is tiered and below $5k it is 100% funded, $50k or less 85% funded, $50k+ Are 80% funded. Does anyone have updated bonus communication dates. It is well known that they are aligning payouts across the enterprise but when will the payout date be?

My leaders cut bonus recommendations today. Apparently the real budget was less than the funding level in CP&D?

I will tell you direct managers have virtually no say in any payouts employees will get - and I went to the training and I can equivocally say what they taught is like Reality vs Instagram. I have been told what I can give my people - I have no input unless I want to give someone less and I am sure they would love that.

Leaders got no instructions and I doubt even went to the trainings - but in the end unless Uncle Chuck hired you just go to the corner and eat your $h!t sandwich and find a new job.

everything moved up a month this year. ratings and salary communicated by end of January, with bonus payout on first paycheck of Feb which is Feb 5 and new salary in first full paycheck of Feb which is Feb 19. new salary would be visible to employees on Feb 1 as that is when it takes effect. you can see you bonus on wed Feb 3 when that Fridays paycheck stub is visible.

Payout is Feb 5, and communication is a few days before starting in very late January.

For my group, the pool ranges from 80-85% for a meets rating and 85-90% for an Exceeds rating. I wasnt allowed to rate anyone above Exceeds (the new 5 point system) so, the basic rule of thumb was 85% of their target incentive based upon the job code.

Not layoff related

I hate this whole payout ratio stuff across the board, they should stop it. They need to change it so that if your lazy and don't add value to the team your payout % is like 0-10% of the target. And if you blow it out of the water you get 200% or something.

That’s not correct all across the board. Not in my LOB. Most of ours are 90% funded. Also they’ve been very transparent about the dates. It is moved up this year.
