Are promotions and pay increases back on or are we still saying that can’t happen for anyone other than VPs because of corona?

The pay raise with the promotion is meaningless. 3% to do more work.

I got a promotion during Covid (not a director or Sr director. Just doing the grunt work)
OP: There were lots of promotions into the Director & Sr Director levels during the Product & Merch re-org...so I’d say promotions are happening, and of course they got pay raises.
yes promotions and raises are a priority at this time. otherwise i need to start applying for a new job that pays better.
The company is making fat stacks and the stock is at ATH. What are the other priorities?

Perhaps employees, myself included, would rather keep the job they have instead of getting laid off and at the same time do without an increase or a promotion. Just a thought!
