HR was useless to anyone who wasn't a manager anyway. Covered up for the thousand of potential lawsuits this corrupt culture that's been established. From harassment, incentive fraud, hostile work environment. Karma!

Not really automated, work was just pushed on the hiring managers to do. Also, the system is barely working and there is zero training. From hiring, comp, and team management, nothing is ready for prime time. Great planning, U.S. Bank.
