Word is stores that have all 40 hour reps will be offering VSP’s unless some reps voluntarily move to 24 or 32 hour shift or take a WFH job. Most stores are not close to having the company’s desired FT/PT ratio. Remember they did this last year but this time around things will be far more aggressive.

wonder if they're gearing up for free it up February? right before they've got to pay us our stock shares in March....
Just like back on August. "No layoffs" yet I personally know 3 people who where given options to take the package or work from home. When they found out her home would not support the needs for work from home. She was Forced out
No layoffs means no layoffs
it is a pay week
Was eavesdropping on DM and GM talking behind "closed doors" the DM wanted him to change up the schedule to "make sure she is working when we tell her" ... Make sure she opens.
probably won't be anything voluntary about it
Wonder what happens in states where WFH is so taboo. The messed up part is the office people do two weeks at home and then two week in the office. Alternating groups. Still getting paid their full 40 hours. Then when they are in the office they are having the nanny watch the kids raking in more money paying them pennies and pocketing the rest. If they seriously do anything to the front line once more even though some people welcome it, this company is smoking the crack rocks. I don't have the right metaphor but it's cutting it's hands off to jump. Sure we jump now but we can't ever grab. I know you look at my IP Verizon. Promote me to fix this I can give you 6 brilliant idea speed spoken from my mouth.
I would go wfh with the quickness.
Sounds true, but the VSP thing is off the table
Not true
Doubt it
