Pretty sure SVM1 role is gonna look a lot different come Thursday 1/21. Probably being demoted to lead. Thoughts?

There wont be any lead tellers or sm1s eventually.
Service managers and service advisors are almost redundant. AFAIK, both don’t have directs, both “advise”, and both “work with” branch managers. So lame, get rid of one of them
Lead what?? There’s already Lead Tellers.
Havent heard anything about service managers. What is happening 01/21?
