There's a MIT opening at a near by club in my city. What's the MIT process like? How long is training? How's the interview process like? BTW i have all the qualifications for this position.

Not quite sure why ANYONE would want to go into MIT for this company. Not for any dollar amount.
MIT isnot what it used to be, so the experience is going to be different for each person depending on the club they go to. If the club is in need of an ASM, you'll likely find yourself as a non-key-carrying version of that manager, learning a lot on the fly. If you land in a club without a need, there's a good chance you'll get to learn each area by basically doing those areas hands on - wanna learn bakery? show up at 5am, get taught how to do it. Claims? Show up at 4, run trucks till 8 then onto claims. The expectation is that if you're ready to move up then you already have a good sense of how to lead and what the standards are, you just need to be privy to new information.
In all honesty as long as you know how to use tik tok or chase Pokémon you should be good.
