How is it possible that King has 91% approval rating on Glassdoor? That's one of the highest CEO approval rating I've seen on there! Those can't be legit, right? I haven't heard a positive word about him among employees for a while and certainly not since the merger. What's going on?

Everyone knows that today it's a horrific place to work, nothing said can change the fact that everyone is unhappy. Having to deal with this and the pandemic has made everyone on edge, depressed and a feeling of hopelessness. Hang in there until opportunity awaits at another company. Also document what you see and hear, it may become useful down the road.
91%! Ha, I needed a good laugh today.
I wouldn’t trust that one bit. Everyone I know is just so sick and tired of his “motivational” lectures that are just so tone deaf in the world we live in and the mess of a merger he helped create.
There is a long history of extreme right-wing conservatism on the BB&T side. The former CEO, John Allison, went on to be a part of the Cato Institute and was the one that introduced all of that scary Ayn Rand garbage to BB&T. (And I highly recommend those who are unaware spend some time reading about those evil Koch brothers who started the Cato Institute. All they care about is getting their taxes as close to zero as possible and sticking it to the little person. This is the mentality at the highest levels of BB&T and has been since the 80s.) I'm still mad that I was pressured to give to that damn PAC. It was made very clear that we were expected to donate or our careers were on the line.
Kelly loves the press and being on TV. Why hasn’t he come out stating his objections to the attempted coup in DC and to affirming that his PAC will no longer donate to the GOP, or at least the senators and congressmen that wanted to overturn the election? Check their PAC donations and you will see they gave a lot of money to the extreme right.
Fake News🤣🤣🤣
Oh I'm kind of excited because I know the answer to this one! Glassdoor is transitioning to a PR company. It's very common practice now for negative reviews to be removed. At this point it's used for employer branding and it's a "pay-to-play" set up so essentially what you see on Glassdoor is generally garbage and not to be trusted.
