Are there any displaced employees that have been re-hired back from the company to join another group within the bank?

@1nyx, so agree. One manager that is completely unethical and an outright liar was hired back immediately. Apparently, they knew they were going to be hired back. They don't even think to look elsewhere for a job, because it is too easy to come back to WF and continue their unethical ways. They have their clique and followers and wouldn't survive without them at another company.
Actually yes... bankers recently laid off here getting rehired as managers. Very odd
I'm going to agree with someone else who asked why would you want to go back anyway?
I think you can find other opportunities.
I know a data person let go and just rehired. I also know they were let go to earn their mark on savings only for said person to fill the need in another part of the company.
Wf does a great job a recycling garbage
Based on my experience? NO WAY!
Well I worked with a couple people that were fired due to performance issues and both got hired back probably within 6 mo of being let go. This was in tech. Insane, right?
I know a good few people who have been displaced and come back. Almost all of them in tech
Yea this place is a career ending job! I would never be back..
Who on earth would let a company lay them off then go back ? ALso if you quit on your own I would guess it is a better opportunity than here.
On purpose chose to be here again?
No offense, but why? It has to be no other options because this has been career death to come here for me
I've noticed several people have come back that were displaced.
It happens. Not often, but most people that leave, on their own, have something better, and most people that are asked to leave are not invited back.
But I work with a few people who left and came back, and two that were layed off a few years ago and hired back shortly after in other similar roles.
I have heard a few have, actually.
