Those involved in recent closures l have you received separation paperwork or any correspondence regarding 401k?

My store closed middle of December, still haven’t received any paperwork from BBB or Empower
It usually takes at least 2 weeks before you will receive a letter about your 401 and what you must do with it. It depends on the separation date which usually you are termed at end of the month but check with MYHR they should be able to help you.
