How many are actively working to get out? I’ve been looking for a few months now and still haven’t found anything. Is the job market that saturated? I have also been looking outside of the industry and still have had no luck. I know it’s out there and that I have to be patient and keep trying. I just hate the thought of even coming into work and as soon as I find a replacement I’m out of here.

For BBT to really be the acquirer in this MOE you wouldn’t know it. Seems majority of things are morphing to STI ways and if you think that bodes well for HBBT or employees in general you’re delusional. Morale won’t get better anytime soon.
I am just waiting to be RIFed and will deal with it then. Until then I am just showing up and doing the bare min. Moral is horrible now.
I’ve been looking. I get pinged by recruiters all the time on LinkedIn but most of the time the compensation s—s so unless I’m RIFed and about to go homeless I haven’t been interested.
I'm looking and have applied for a few things. But I really do enjoy the benefits here.
