Sorry for the long rant, but hear me out and I'm sure a lot of tenure telesales employees will agree.. Telesales used to be money central. Put the work in and get paid fairly well. I would say starting when they nationalized everything, then shuttered two telesales call centers, then people left in droves, now we're left with these blabbering id–t leaders who have zero clue what they're even talking about. From them scream like lunatics, to two leaders promoting fraud, what the hell is going on? Add to that an over abundance of hiring and now we're more screwed then ever before. This is 100% leadership and absolutely lazy inept sups. The old days are long gone, I get it, but what happened to integrity and being proud of who you work for? Is it me, or am I the only one who believes this is now the company culture?

No no no. It’s the other way around. The id–ts are actually the ones who believed Krista when she said our “growing telesales team” was the place to be for individual quota attainment. Jokes on you.
CS and Telesales are both run by id–ts. I still don’t know what my supervisor does besides ignore my Slack messages and take extended lunches.
Coming from retail, it’s actually shocking to see how much WORSE management is on this side of the business. It’s unfathomable.
The business has its needs, as for the company..I guess wait and see
