I’ve been gone over 6 months. I spent years at Nike, and realize today that I don’t miss anything about the company itself. There are people who I miss, those who weren’t into the political games and actually worked as a team. I still keep in touch with them and they tell me nothing has changed. It remains the same. I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with it anymore. I’ve got a great job with great perks. There is definitely life after Nike.

Congratulations. I am genuinely happy for you, OP. Agreed, Nike is a toxic and stressful place. The best thing is to leave when one can.
