Does the receiving department have a team lead and if they do what area is there team lead located from?

We answer only to our night merchandiser manager/ club manager but our AM will have us help them here and there but very rarely. We get left alone by all TLs and handle our business.
If a level 7 why aren’t they getting more money?? They do more then our floor leads and show up & stay at work ALL day!!
If u look on the wire it shows job positions with direct chain of management. The backroom has no lead and reports directly to the Merch Managers. Backroom is level 7 same as all Leads in the building.
No lead. This area is a direct report to the merch managers.
We have our merch leads over receiving
The fullfillment lead will take over receiving in the next restructure.
Most clubs Backroom associates just report to the Merch managers. The merch leads rarely have any interaction with the backroom.
As far as I know there is no receiving lead.. the merchandise leads are the leads for the floor as well as receiving
