Did anyone hear what the company is doing for the incentive tracker this year/MIP? Is everyone getting at least target ?

We will Supermax this year- again.
The new incentives are garbage. AP, ACCM and OGP salary managers get 5 percent for target and 15 for Max while coaches get 15 and 30. We all answer the same calls and work the same shifts. Time to just focus on my area and let the big dogs do the work.
Should pay super max if that is what is achieved.
