What to expect after the acquisition of Global Loyalty business?

I just wonder what will result from the acquisition of Global Loyalty business of cxLoyalty Group Holdings. Any thoughts?

JPMorgan is taking about half of the company’s 3,100 employees in the transaction and will create a new business within its retail division...

Loyalty. Funny they have none for their employees. I was once told we are numbers on a Head Count Report and a budget/. Employees are touted as assets yet they are never included on the asset side of the ledger.

Oh yeah there is plenty of appreciation for hard work at Chase! If the management loves your work
so much, they will tack on many other additional duties and responsibilities to already overstressed
job responsibilities and work you into a heart attack, aneurism or a nervous breakdown, Especially if you have a management position.
