When is the big announcement about job cuts ?

Should cut off people over than 8K in design area. What can they do? Copies and copies. And fitting garnment which base on repeat style and factory. What are they doing. They are worst than outside company.
The poster who wrote about being the magic is so correct. It always blows our minds when the most friendly, efficient, punctual, and productive colleagues are cut. Does not make sense except when it's abundantly clear the store manager has the perfect opportunity to get rid of those not well liked. It's like taking a survey and not caring about these people and their families.
In the end, businesses are reduced to rubble due to poor business decisions.
I was being totally honest btw this is my daily experience at my Macy’s location ! No b s here .!

That is true , but we are speaking of the front line workers of Macy’s ! People come in to see us ! Ask about us !...We are the retail family of something new to reward themselves with that exciting purchase ! That’s the forgotten magic ! The bigger higher up’s don’t experience that ....We give them permission to spend their hard earned money weekly ...I personally say thanks for coming in every week ,and see you next week as I receive a smile from them.....It all matters! .....every interaction every dollar ...remember this is the dally bread and butter....Isn’t this part of the Magic of Macy’s ???Please remember this fact when you make necessary cuts !
