I can’t see myself working anywhere but at the plant. My colleagues are like family to me which is saying a lot. If the plant closes how many employees will have to relocate just to be able to find another job to support their own? The plant is also needed for the economic stability of the towns that surround it. I hope it stays open for everyone’s sake.

Just an fyi, Mondelez management doesn't care about you, your family, or the town. They care about profits and making shareholders happy. Period!
If you don't believe me, ask the townspeople who lost their cadbury plant. Fortunately they started a grass roots effort and just about k–led cadbury sales in that town and all the surrounding.
There is NOT ONE SINGLE THING Mondelez managment does for the betterment of their employees.
