@1noa+184XBKKv I 100% agree with everything you said. What I don’t understand is if you are trying to make some kind of point ? You stated exactly how the job is now and people just need to move on and accept it for what it is right ?

No one is busting their butt on team commission. You can sell nothing all month and get one survey that's a ten and make a 1.5 pay out. People need to understand, it's not commission any more; it's a monthly bonus. Are you really going to try super hard to barely add $200 to your check that shows in the last week of the month and based on your coworkers? If you're in stores that have leaders pushing sales super hard; how is that going to go over with the only new positions 24/32 hour part time gig jobs? The last thing on their mind is going to be getting reemed for their ARD or TMP percentage. The job is just clerking to the needs of the customer and kissing butt along the way. The problem with this whole transition is the lack of most leaders being able to tell their butt from the nose. Glad the most I know have insight to this.

Motivating reps was hard when real commission was in play. I can’t imagine trying now lol. Team commission means you don’t need GMs DMs RDs. As a former heavy hitter I wouldn’t be busting my a** on team commission.
