That’s very disturbing that we who did EOI are supposed to send a robust MOC, but the secrecy mode they are conducting these conversations and decisions let us not knowing who to train ir send our MOCs to.. waste of time training everybody “ just in case”. This is the respectful way BP treat the employees. Shame..
