Love the hypocrisy going on within the company. DM’s giving orders and scolding front line leadership about numbers while sitting comfortably on their couches at home. All while telling us to make sure we go out and vote. How about they come out and see the mess that is retail with stores running on two reps. You can’t preach leadership matters when you are working in your pajamas on your couch. Show up!

You’re a rep and they’re not. They were driven enough to move up and get out of the entry level. If you were in their role you think you’d be doing it differently? Your job is meant for young ppl and ppl who have plans to do something else. It’s the ones who stick around too long that get jaded and hate on everything. If you are mad at them for where they’re at it should motivate you to do something to move ahead in life.

Great post, BUT u forgot to include GMs & SMs as well.
There is zero drive with team commisions. No excitement. Everyone just goes through the motions and clerks every sale as much as possible. We dont look for opportunity from customers just coming in to get tech support or bill questions. All metrics down. Even without the slamming the losses are huge.
Just like apple these "leaders" thought we already had it so they are staying out sorta like with our commission we had it so thought we didn't need it anymore
Directors working from home just proves they are not needed. Eliminate the Director and DM bloat. At the very least consolidate the positions just like they did to store locations and rep head count. You know its coming i just hope im with this company to come back on here and gloat about it.
