I've been here five years, manage a staff of 10. Had a rough patch a year ago and went to a week-long "program", sponsored by the company. Thoughts?

Either way it’s out of your control, so why worry about it. If it happens it happens and move on. If it doesn’t keep existing or look for new job.

HOnestly they are selling another business unit in the bank, so seems like it is for sale piece by piece. I am trying to get another job as fast as possible.
THey just need to keep some people doing work for a few years until its all sold.
Wish decision-making was that transparent. Truth is, if your name is on the list you'll probably never know the whole rationale behind it.
