Any reason they tried having a zoom call with most of Allstate employees? It barely works with 100 people.

We had problems hard to log in then just crashed here on the east coast .
Looks like they didn't consult anyone and last minute, a couple of days before, did zoom instead of the old way
Wonder if they laid off a bunch of engineers that made sure these things worked or knew about the stress a company wide Zoom call would put on the network.

Do you ever think they did Zoom because they knew it would fail/have issues?
Our whole team could not get in to the call. Those that did, had it crash during the HR segment.
Not sure what zoom call you are talking about. There were no problems at all.
Worked just fine.
